The crux of my problem is that I don't have and can't have a routine. When I'm not at work I feel more rested and sleep better but still only a max of 5hrs broken sleep. When I'm working it only gets as good as 4hrs of broken sleep. The joys of shift work.

I have made time for myself during the challenge to try get a better quality sleep, very difficult with night shifts. However learing to say no or wait 1/2 an hour so I can actually relax more.
