I only have coffee at lunchtime or before a night shift. I used to have hot chocolate to help sleep but too many calories!
I have a camomile relaxing tea, initially just camomile but didn't enjoy the taste so found a blend that encourages rest and tastes better!I also have a relaxing spray to use before bed, smells great might just add to the bed time routine but seems to work!

This was an easy task for me. Learnt long ago that coffee after lunch means no sleep for me.

I have seriously reduced my caffeine intake. One coffee in the morning and that's it, then tea which has no caffeine so I feel much better. No coke either. I might have 1 beer at the end of the day and sleep is now better.
I got a sleep Dot from A H Beard and it told me that my sleep was average to bad. I somewhat agree with it but I do fidget a bit during the night so it might have been the cause for irregular readings.
However, I woke up twice this week with a sore back and today I had to take the day off to go to the Chiropractor. I was told my brand new mattress might be too soft and this is why I woke up sore. The appointment was in the afternoon so took an anti-inflammatory tablet and I have an old Tempur mattress so I slept on it through the day and it helped a bit. Got to go back to chiropractor next week.
Overall, I think my sleep patterns are getting better.

I recommend spicy citrus green tea in the avo as it has taste & no weight gain & vit C.

I've tried doing this many times before, it never seems to make a difference. Since I drink drinks with low levels caffeine at regular intervals my body has gotten used to it. I don't get the buzz or energy boost that higher levels of caffeine would give me.
This week has also been a bit more of a challenge since work was so busy and I had to work late. The 2 days that I had significantly more caffeine then normal didn't change my sleep - probably because I was so drained from working too hard.
Still keeping up with the lack of electronics and sleep sanctuary
Could do with a bit more exercise though.
