Try walking with your dog, it’s far more pleasurable.
I’m a school teacher so when I have to unfortunately punish my students, I make them walk laps of the school grassed area with me.
That way I win, they win and the next class teacher wins because the students are a lot more settled.

I go to the gym mid morning a few times a week of various exercises, pump, yoga Zumba and on the cross trainer, will have to try the other days an evening walk now with daylight savings!

I like to combine reading a book or kindle whilst riding my exercise bike. This helps the time to fly. Sometimes I listen to music instead of reading. While watching tv I like to sit on my fitball and move around. I do moves that obscure my view of the tv during ad. breaks.

I surprised myself and started going to group exercise classes at the local gym - I find the hardest part is turning up, and from there I just join in and have fun instead of having to push myself through a run or solo workout.
I didn't do it with sleep in mind but it's definitely improved!

I go to the gym every day before work and use a great fitness App called 7fit which has a number of different work outs that take 7 minutes to do. Also walk home from the train station after work which is about 15 minutes

This one is going to be very tricky for me! Single mum of two (baby and toddler) during the week while hubby works away from home so time to myself to exercise doesn't really happen. Tomorrow I'll try and do the kindy pick up on the bike weather permitting, using a child carrier and a trailer =).

I've taken the opportunity to try new things with this week's challenge. I have started tennis lessons, taking the train to work which involves 30 minutes of walking total, and jogging around the local reserve. Just being outdoors helps make a difference too!

Walking is my 'thing', I have managed to get 30mins in each day, I love early morning...6:00-6:30 am.
I do love the fresh morning air, usually quiet re traffic.

I play golf on average 3 times a week and walk most days and I don't use technology at night so nothing has changed for me so far
