This is one of the hardest things I have to start with! Maybe after this obstacle All other steps will silde easily after this one.

My eyes close when I can no longer keep them open when browsing the internet, I use just safari on the iphone (web browser app)

Week 1 challenge will be hard but it's just what I needed to help break the habit! Thanks! I read news stories on my phone in bed and one link always leads to another! Will now read a book instead.

I don't watch TV or use phone (except for alarm) in the bedroom. My downfall is sitting on the computer in the lounge room till all hours definitely have fallen into a bad habit with that one. Planning on limiting my time doing that.

I have no trouble falling asleep but I wake up 2- 4 hours later and have to get out of bed as I toss and turn. I have trouble turning my brain off not my phone! Wish it was that simple!

I'm a workaholic and a socialmediaoholic if ever those two words exist.
Nothing like scrolling LinkedIn or checking e-mails just before bed.
I've tried for two nights in a row now and I slept like crap on the first night and night two was much better.
Woke up feeling very relaxed and didn't switch the phone on for the first hour.
It is somewhat stressful but makes you realise I rely too much on my phone for everything.

Ok. I've played by the rules. Last night slept from 10ish to 1.30am then awake til 4am. Slept for another hour and a half. That's it!! Feel dreadful, as usual.

i use my phone as an alarm clock and the bedtime feature so its hard not to look at it - trying to put it away an hour before bed is worth a try

Difficult to do, I use phone for alarm too. I make sure phone on silent I turn internet off when not using, just need to stop 'playing' with my damn phone way before bedtime! Nothing is THAT important, if can't wait til the morning, surely? Mind you, it's 12.59am when I'm writing this!! :roll:

I take my phone to bed, just in case! But not looking at it, keep it covered, and do not look at phone or iPad for at least an hour before bed now, Reading book instead.
