What are you going to drink to replace that caffeine hit? Tell us in the forum and support other sleep challengers through the week.
THE CHALLENGE

I have never been a coffee drinker and recently started drinking decaffeinated tea. I do enjoy the occasional hot chocolate and am aware that there is caffeine in that. Will have to make sure I'm eating my Easter chocolate earlier in the day
Will cut out my decaffeinated tea in the evenings too !

I tend to drink a couple coffees throughout the day but not too late - so I should be fine. Although I have a total Coke Zero addiction which I know I should curb. I'm not sure if it's caffine free or not but either way, some water or a herbal tea would be a lot better for me so I'll definitely give it a go!

This challenge will be easy for me too.
I only have a half strength coffee a few days a week either after lunch or early afternoon.
8 hours before bed & I bet half strength is a lessened effect anyway.
I'm sure a good number of us will be fine!

The challenge this week will be mainly easy for the whole week!! I don't drink any coffee during the week but do love a cappuccino with floating marshmallows on the weekend and never do cinos within 8 hours of bedtime. During the week business networking (meetings over iced teas) is always only in the mornings as I am very busy in the afternoons. This week I will need to be careful not to eat chocolate at night. On easter Friday, Saturday and Sunday was the large splurge of sugar free fruit and nut yummo milk chocolate and peppermint crisp!! Oh soo yum and a dark chocolate feast at midnight too. All choccy has to go and no more cacao nibs on my fruit salad at night.....mmmm just realising that there are a few caffeine issues.
For those sleep challengers that reach for the milk and dark chocolate try white chocolate instead as it has no caffeine in it and if you love coffee then drink a lush coffee by lunchtime and then have some delicious fruit salad later in the day with shredded coconut and dates sprinkled over top. Yum and healthy too!
